These terms cover your use of this website and the warranty and services Wedusell provides. Please read them alongside the terms of the marketplace you buy from.

Who we are

This website is run by Wedusell Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13281483), with its registered office at 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 7SB. VAT number 382371392. Contact us using the contact form on our website.

Buying through Back Market or refurbed

We sell to consumers through Back Market and refurbed. When you buy, your contract is with Wedusell, and the marketplace's own terms, buyer protection and returns process also apply. Prices, stock and delivery details are shown on each listing.

Our devices

• Every device is tested, reset with all data erased and Activation Lock turned off before it's listed.
• Every device has battery health of at least 85% of its original capacity when we dispatch it.
• Every iPhone and cellular iPad is unlocked for any network.
• Each device comes in a brand new plain white box with a charging cable. A plug is not included.
• The grade (A, B or C) describes how a device looks, as set out in our grading guide. It does not affect how the device works.

Delivery

We send orders by DHL with a tracking number. We normally dispatch the next working day after you order, and delivery usually takes 24 to 48 hours from dispatch.

Our 12-month warranty

If your device develops a fault within 12 months of delivery, we'll repair it, replace it with an equivalent device, or refund you. To claim, message us through the marketplace you bought from, or use our contact form if you bought from us directly. We'll arrange return delivery at no cost to you.

The warranty doesn't cover:

• accidental damage, such as drops, cracks or liquid damage
• damage caused by misuse, or by repairs or changes made by anyone other than us
• normal battery wear after delivery, unless battery health falls below 80% within the warranty period
• cosmetic marks described by the device's grade

This warranty is in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, taking into account that they are refurbished. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.

Business orders

We supply businesses and organisations directly. Each quote sets out the devices, price, delivery and payment terms, and is valid for 14 days unless it says otherwise. Devices are sold under the VAT margin scheme, so invoices don't show VAT separately and it can't be reclaimed. The 12-month warranty above applies to business orders too.

Using this website

We try to keep the information on this website accurate, but stock, models and prices change, and the marketplace listing is always the final word. Apple, iPhone and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc. Wedusell is not affiliated with Apple.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Complaints and law

If something has gone wrong, contact us first and we'll try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
