Last updated 3 November 2026
This policy explains what personal information Wedusell collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Wedusell Limited (company number 13281483), 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 7SB, is the data controller for the information described here. Contact us using the contact form on our website, or write to us at our registered office.
What we collect
- Orders through Back Market or refurbed: your name, delivery address, phone number, email and order details, which the marketplace passes to us so we can send your order and handle any warranty claim.
- Messages and enquiries: your name, email address and what you tell us when you use our contact form or message us, including business quote requests.
- Device records: the serial number or IMEI of the device you bought, linked to your order, so we can trace it and deal with warranty claims.
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, our host keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
- To deliver your order and provide our warranty (to perform our contract with you).
- To answer your questions and send business quotes (because you asked us to).
- To keep accounting, tax and VAT records (because the law requires it).
- To prevent fraud and keep track of where devices came from (our legitimate interest in running a safe business).
We don't sell your information and we don't send marketing unless you've asked for it.
Who we share it with
- DHL and our fulfilment partner, to pack and deliver your order.
- Back Market or refurbed, about orders placed with them.
- Our accountants and professional advisers.
- Providers of our website, email and business software, who handle data only on our instructions.
- Police or other authorities, if the law requires it.
If any of these providers handle your information outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place.
How long we keep it
We keep order, device and VAT records for 6 years, as the law requires. We keep enquiries that don't lead to an order for up to 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, object to how we use it, or send it to another organisation. Contact us using the details above and we'll respond within one month. Some information, such as tax records, we must keep even if you ask us to delete it.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
